IS Fleet

Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the IS Fleet system provided by Dmytro Chaika, a private individual (the "provider").

The relationship between the provider and a client company, including any payment, may be set out in a separate agreement; these terms apply to users of the apps.

1. The service

IS Fleet is a fleet-management system: trips, trucks, documents, messaging and notifications for transport companies.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created by the employing company. You are responsible for keeping your access secure and for actions taken under your account.

Drivers sign in with a phone number and a one-time code; managers sign in with an email and password.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service unlawfully or to transmit unlawful content.
  • Do not attempt to reach another company's data or to bypass role restrictions.
  • Do not disrupt the service or place an unreasonable load on it.

4. Company data

Content created in the service (trips, documents, messages) belongs to the employing company. Personal-data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or lost data.

6. Termination

The employing company may deactivate an employee's account. You may delete your own account at any time.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, and disputes are heard by the court competent under Polish law. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of mandatory rules in their country of residence. Questions: isfleet.eu@gmail.com.
